1. Call or email us to discuss your website requirements or ideas. Our friendly and experienced consultants can answer any questions you may have.
Place your Order
2. To commence the project, we require a deposit of 60%. After we receive the deposit we will email you our design brief.

3. The design brief is a detailed questionnaire which gives you the opportunity to tell us about your business, the type of customers you would like to attract, the sort of image you wish to project through your website and the overall look and feel you would like to create.
Submit the Design Brief
4. Send your completed design brief back to us along with any artwork, logos or images you wish to include in the design.
The Design Process
5. The design brief, along with any additional information you provide, is submitted to our design team.
6. Within 10 to 14 days of receiving your completed brief, we will present you with two primary design concepts and two variations.
7. You choose your favourite concept and liaise with your Magicdust designer who will make any changes to create the design you want.
8. Once you are happy with the design, you will “sign off” and your website will move into the development phase, where it will be built.
The Development Process
9. Within 7 to 14 days we will notify you that your website has been completed.
The Handover
10. On completion, we will send you a guide on how to get started with adding content to your site, as well as your user name and password to access the website administration area via your internet browser.
Adding Your content
11. You will now have full control of your website, where you can add the content and products to your site.
Ongoing Support
12. We offer unlimited support to assist you in getting your website up and running, and for as long as you are with us, we will be just a phone call or email away, at our Sydney-based support centre.
