five simple steps to creating your artwork

Step 1          Design Brief

Upon placing your order you will be sent a graphic design brief. This is a questionnaire that you fill out; answering questions relating to your desired graphic designs, any ideas regarding your style preferences, the target market of your business, etc. This graphic design brief gives our graphic designers a platform and starting point from which to create your initial concepts.

Step 2          Initial Design Concepts

After we receive your graphic design brief you will be assigned to one of our graphic designers. They will read through your design brief to get an understanding of your business and your requirements. You will then receive concepts. From these design concepts you will choose one concept that suits your needs upon which we can develop further if needed. You may also choose certain aspects of the different graphic design concepts.

Step 3         Revision Stage - Concepts

Based on your feedback, (we love and enjoy feedback...) the graphic designer will then fine tune your designs. During this revision stage you will work with the graphic designer to get your artwork PERFECT, your input is important - we want you to LOVE your graphic design. You will go back and forth with the designer until you are happy with the design and sign off the artwork. Usually between 2-4 graphic design revisions is all that is needed. (However you can have as many as you need.)

Step 4         Final Product and Disk

After you have signed off your artwork we format the graphic design so you can incorporate it into your business. We email and send you a disk of the graphic designs in .eps, .jpg and .pdf files. You will now be able to use your designs for their desired purpose. Files are supplied in the desired format - print ready!

Step 5        Printing

We can then recommend you to one of Australias leading printing companies for quality and cost effective printing. They work with businesses throughout Australia and you can work with them to complete any printing that you require.
