We have designed over 10,000 websites so we know what to look for to evaluate the scope of your website and whether your project would suit this service or you will need a more custom website. Through the process of evaluating your application we review your business, determine all the functional requirements you will have, evaluate any potential red flags and envision the end result within the parameters of this product. In some cases we may request more information from you to gain greater clarity about your website project. So far 7 out of 10 applications are approved. The approval process takes 48 hours.

The Website Briefing Questionnaire is tailored specifically for you so that it is as easy as possible for you to provide us with everything we need to produce your website. Through simple step by step questions you will provide us with more detailed information about your business and brand, the content for your website, and specific design and image preferences. The questionnaire typically takes between 30-60mins to complete.

Once we have received your Website Briefing Questionnaire the magic starts and we turn your idea into a reality. Your Web Designer will begin by reviewing all the information about your business and website project and clearly map out the website architecture and user experience of your website in such a way that most effectively communicates your services or products to the visitor and optimizes the prospect of converting that visitor into a lead or sale.

Your web designer will then design the visual and aesthetic communication of your brand through image, colour and font choice to present you to the visitor with the highest degree of credibility and professionalism.

Based on the content you have provided we will then curate the content throughout your website placing select content in select places based on the rules of user experience best practice.

The final aspect of production is to ensure all the functionality components of your website are in place and configured from a technical and practical standpoint.

The website then gets a final review from one of our Art Directors and then it is ready for your review. The Web Designer will email you the initial design concepts for your website, and then work with you directly until you have signed off on the completion of your website. You will have the opportunity to provide revisions to the website design. It is during this revision process that we fine tune the look and feel of the website. There will be a maximum of 2 revision rounds and we ask that you adhere to our Website Revision Guidelines.

The time that the web design phase takes can vary from client to client based on the client's responsiveness and the amount of website pages. If you are highly responsive it can take less than 10 days to sign off on your design.

You will now be ready to launch your website off the staging domain and onto its main domain! Depending on your current website and email account set up, going live can take anywhere from 24-72 hours. So it is good to keep this in mind if you are working towards a specific launch date. If you require emails to be created for your domain, they will be created at this stage.
